By accessing the website at missionconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com or by engaging Mission Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or engage our services.
Mission Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring services, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, polyaspartic coatings, metallic epoxy, urethane cement, terrazzo, concrete grinding, concrete sealing, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related surface preparation and removal services. Services are performed at properties within our designated service areas in and around Mission, Texas.
All services are subject to the specific scope of work agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement. The Company reserves the right to decline any project that falls outside its scope of expertise or geographic service area.
Estimates provided by the Company are based on information available at the time of assessment and are not guaranteed quotes unless confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions discovered during surface preparation - such as hidden moisture, prior coatings, structural damage, or additional square footage - materially differ from what was visible at the time of the initial estimate.
Any scope changes or additional work identified after a project begins will be communicated to the customer before proceeding. The Company will not perform additional billable work without prior customer authorization.
Project dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. The customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and cleared of all items (vehicles, shelving, equipment, stored goods) prior to the crew's arrival on the scheduled start date. Failure to prepare the site as requested may result in rescheduling and a delay fee at the Company's discretion.
If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, we ask for at least 48 hours' advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover crew time and materials already staged. The Company reserves the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
Payment terms are outlined in the written project agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payment is accepted by the methods listed in your project agreement.
Invoices not paid within the agreed payment period may be subject to a late fee. The customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees, in the event that collection action becomes necessary.
The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area, disclose any known conditions that may affect the project (including prior coatings, water intrusion, slab damage, or chemical exposure), and ensure the area is cleared before the crew arrives. The customer is responsible for removing and restoring any personal property, furniture, or equipment before and after the project.
The Company warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms - including duration and coverage - will be stated in the written project agreement.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by: conditions not disclosed to the Company prior to the project (including active moisture, slab movement, or chemical contamination); customer modifications to the finished surface; misuse, abuse, or failure to follow care instructions; normal wear and tear; or events beyond the Company's control, including extreme weather or flooding.
Except as stated in a written project agreement, all services are provided "as is" without additional warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to the customer for any claim arising from or related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
